Shift to high-value segments
We evolved Gamma’s paid UA approach from driving free sign-ups to prioritizing deeper-funnel optimization events, targeting audiences with a higher purchase-intent.

Deployment of user-generated content (UGC)
To accelerate growth efficiently, we leveraged UGC ads across paid social. This initiative proved highly effective, leading to a 24% improvement in CAC.


Geo expansion
Recognizing significant organic growth outside the US, our GTM strategy included a methodical approach to global expansion. We optimized paid efforts to improve purchase rates, allowing us to scale in these markets. By categorizing markets and analyzing cost dynamics, we scaled non-US media spend to be 45% of overall UA budgets – making geo expansion a significant component of our growth strategy.

Testing as a growth discipline
We embedded a culture of relentless iteration across creative, media channels & campaign optimization. Our test and learn approach allowed Gamma to identify what truly resonated with users and scale with efficiency, ultimately resulting in the paid program scaling by more than 300% while improving acquisition cost.
